From the rooftop, you can enjoy stunning views over Las Palmas, the ocean and the surrounding plaza while working or relaxing.

La Isleta is one of the most authentic and character-filled neighborhoods in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Located right next to the ocean and close to Las Canteras Beach, it offers a great combination of local life, seaside atmosphere and easy access to the rest of the city.

The house is located close to La Puntilla, a lively area by the sea with plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars, making it a great place to enjoy a meal, have a drink or watch the sunset.

For those looking to escape into nature, El Confital is also nearby. This beautiful and wild coastal area is perfect for, walking, bathing or simply enjoying spectacular ocean views away from the city.

La Isleta is also strategically located for getting around Las Palmas and exploring the rest of the island, with good connections to the main areas of the city and easy access to the roads leading to other parts of Gran Canaria.
