CLEANING AND BEDDING

• Bed linen and towels are included throughout your stay.
• Basic cleaning products will be available for guests in the apartment.

In addition to the final cleaning before departure, stays of 1 month or more require at least one additional cleaning per month during the stay .

This cleaning is mandatory and will be charged separately, in addition to the rental price . Please keep this in mind when submitting your booking request; the cost of the required cleaning will be added to the total rental price upon confirmation of your booking.

MID-TERM RENTAL

This apartment is offered for mid-term rental. In addition to making the reservation through the platform, guests must sign a rental agreement and provide proof that the purpose of their stay is temporary and meets one of the following circumstances:

• Studies: university, master's degree, Erasmus, courses, vocational training, etc.
• Medical reasons: temporary medical treatment or assistance, or accompanying a family member who is receiving treatment.
• Work: temporary relocation, professional project, fixed-term employment contract, professional internship, temporary teleworking, etc.
• Waiting for permanent housing: for example, while construction work is being completed or the final delivery of an acquired property is being completed.
• Return to his usual residence after a temporary stay away.
• Another similar temporary circumstance , provided it can be justified.

To formalize the rental agreement, we may request documentation that proves the reason for the stay and its temporary nature.

This is a necessary formality to comply with the regulations applicable to this type of rental.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Triana is one of the most emblematic historic neighborhoods of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and was declared a Site of Cultural Interest in 1990. It originated in the 15th century as an extension of the Vegueta neighborhood and is currently one of the main areas of the city for shopping, eating and enjoying outdoor leisure.

Its main street, Calle Mayor de Triana , is pedestrianized and stands out for its modernist architecture, shops, cafes, and restaurants. The surrounding streets are also very pleasant for strolling and offer a wide variety of dining and shopping options.

The area is home to iconic landmarks such as the Pérez Galdós Theatre, the Pérez Galdós House-Museum and the Literary Cabinet , as well as squares and public spaces such as San Telmo Park and Cairasco Square .

Triana is an ideal neighborhood to explore on foot , with essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies and a health center just a few minutes' walk away.

PARKING

The apartment is located on a pedestrian street, so direct vehicle access to the building is not possible.

We recommend the San Bernardo Parking lot as the closest and most economical option.

There is also regulated street parking nearby:

• Blue zone: maximum 2 hours
• Green zone: maximum 1 hour

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• First floor, no elevator. The apartment is located in a renovated historic building where installing an elevator is not possible. The renovation has preserved the building's original architecture, which contributes to its unique character and charm.
• The neighborhood is lively during the day, but VERY QUIET at night .
