Los Dragos Apartments are undoubtedly the best option to stay in and enjoy the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. They are located in the historic neighbourhood of Triana, right in the heart of the city, which gives guests easy access to the many restaurants and leisure venues in the area. The apartments feature original furnishings and are fully equipped to ensure a cosy, comfortable, and safe stay.

The apartment includes: 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, bathroom, kitchen, and interior patio.

  • The living room features a very comfortable two-seater sofa, two armchairs, two poufs, and a 55” TV.

  • Modern, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and main small appliances. It has direct access to the interior patio.

Other things to note:
This apartment is offered as a mid-term rental. In addition to booking through the platform, guests are required to sign a rental contract for their stay; this is mandatory by law for “temporary” rental agreements.

NEIGHBOURHOOD

Triana is one of the most emblematic historic neighbourhoods of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, declared a Cultural Heritage Site in 1990. It originated in the 15th century as an extension of the Vegueta district and is now one of the city’s main open-air commercial and leisure areas.

Its main street, Calle Mayor de Triana, is pedestrian and stands out for its modernist architecture, shops, cafés, and restaurants. The surrounding streets are also pedestrian and offer a wide range of dining and shopping options. In the area you will find iconic buildings such as Teatro Pérez Galdós, Casa Museo Pérez Galdós, Gabinete Literario, and squares like Parque San Telmo and Plaza de Cairasco.

It is a fully walkable neighbourhood with all essential services nearby (supermarkets, pharmacies, health centre, etc.).

PARKING

The apartment is located on a pedestrian street, so it is not possible to access the building by car. We recommend Aparcamiento San Bernardo as the closest and most economical parking option. Street parking is also available in regulated zones (blue: max 2 hours, green: max 1 hour).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Second floor, NO elevator. The building is a renovated historic property, and there is no space for an elevator. The original architecture has been preserved as part of its charm.

The neighbourhood is very lively during the day but VERY QUIET at night.
