This spacious apartment combines the charm of a renovated historic building with the comfort of a modern home. It features 2 bedrooms, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a dedicated workspace, a bathroom and a separate laundry room.

LAUNDRY

The apartment has a separate laundry room equipped with:

• Washing machine and dryer 
• Basic cleaning supplies

CLEANING & BED LINEN

• Bed linen and towels are included throughout your stay.
• Basic cleaning products will be available in the apartment for guests to use.

In addition to the final check-out cleaning, stays of 1 month or longer require at least one additional cleaning per month during the stay.

This cleaning is compulsory and will be charged separately in addition to the rental price.Please take this into consideration when submitting your booking request, the cost of the required cleaning will be added to the total rental price when confirming your booking.

MID-TERM RENTAL

This apartment is offered as a mid-term rental. In addition to making the reservation through the platform, guests will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide evidence that the purpose of their stay is temporary and falls under one of the following circumstances:

• Studies: university, master’s degree, Erasmus, courses, vocational training, etc.
• Medical reasons: temporary medical treatment or assistance, or accompanying a family member who is receiving treatment.
• Work: temporary relocation, professional project, fixed-term employment contract, professional internship, temporary remote work, etc.
• Waiting for permanent accommodation: for example, while construction work is being completed or the handover of a purchased property is being finalized.
• Returning to their usual residence after a temporary stay away.
• Another similar temporary circumstance, provided that it can be justified.

To formalize the rental agreement, we may request documentation proving the reason for the stay and its temporary nature.

This is a necessary formality to comply with the regulations applicable to this type of rental.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Triana is one of the most iconic historic neighborhoods of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and was declared a Site of Cultural Interest (Bien de Interés Cultural) in 1990. It originated in the 15th century as an expansion of the Vegueta neighborhood and is now one of the city’s main areas for shopping, dining and outdoor leisure.

Its main street, Calle Mayor de Triana, is pedestrianized and is known for its modernist architecture, shops, cafés and restaurants. The surrounding streets are also very pleasant to explore on foot and offer a wide range of dining and shopping options.

The area is home to landmarks such as the Pérez Galdós Theatre, Pérez Galdós House-Museum and Gabinete Literario, as well as squares and public spaces including San Telmo Park and Plaza de Cairasco.

Triana is a very walkable neighborhood, with essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies and a health center just a few minutes away on foot.

PARKING

The apartment is located on a pedestrian street, so direct vehicle access to the building is not possible.

We recommend Aparcamiento San Bernardo as the closest and most economical parking option.

Regulated street parking is also available nearby:

• Blue zone: maximum 2 hours
• Green zone: maximum 1 hour

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• First floor, NO elevator. The apartment is located in a renovated historic building where installing an elevator is not possible. The renovation preserved the building's original architecture, which forms part of its unique character and charm.
• The neighborhood is lively during the day but VERY QUIET at night.
