Los Dragos Apartments are located in the historic neighbourhood of Triana, in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Their excellent location provides easy access to the area's many restaurants, cafés, shops, and leisure venues. Decorated in a modern and welcoming style, the apartments are fully equipped to ensure a comfortable, practical, and safe stay.

  • Second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds and wardrobe.
  • Bright living room with a comfortable two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a 55” TV.
  • Modern, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and essential small appliances. It also features a central island with seating for two.
  • Dining area with a table for 4 guests and a dedicated workspace with two additional chairs.
  • Bathroom equipped with shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer.
  • Separate laundry room with washing machine and cleaning supplies.

Other things to note:
This apartment is offered as a mid-term rental. In addition to booking through the platform, guests will be required to sign a rental agreement for their stay, as mandated by Spanish regulations governing temporary rentals.

NEIGHBOURHOOD

Triana is one of the most emblematic historic neighbourhoods of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and was declared a Cultural Heritage Site in 1990. Originating in the 15th century as an extension of the Vegueta district, it is now one of the city's main open-air shopping and leisure areas.

Its main street, Calle Mayor de Triana, is pedestrianised and renowned for its beautiful modernist architecture, boutiques, cafés, and restaurants. The surrounding streets are also pedestrian and offer a wide variety of dining and shopping options. Nearby landmarks include Teatro Pérez Galdós, Casa Museo Pérez Galdós, Gabinete Literario, and lively public squares such as Parque San Telmo and Plaza de Cairasco.

The neighbourhood is fully walkable and offers all essential services within a short distance, including supermarkets, pharmacies, and a health centre.

PARKING

The apartment is located on a pedestrian street, so direct vehicle access to the building is not possible. We recommend Aparcamiento San Bernardo as the closest and most economical parking option. Regulated street parking is also available nearby (blue zone: maximum 2 hours; green zone: maximum 1 hour).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Second floor, NO elevator. The apartment is located in a renovated historic building where installing an elevator is not possible. The renovation preserved the building's original architecture, which forms part of its unique character and charm.
  • The neighbourhood is lively during the day but VERY QUIET at night.
